Dr. Winston Ueno, a Hawaiian native, received his doctorate of medicine from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.  He completed his medical internship at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as well as his final year of residency and his hematology/oncology fellowship.  His medical residency was completed at Los Angeles County General Hospital in Los Angeles, California.  He is board certified in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine.

An active participant in the medical community, Dr. Ueno has served on many hospital boards and most recently served as President of the medical staff at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, Virginia.
